Thank you, Lord, for new mercies in the morning;
for the flame of love - Your love
Burning in me. It hurts a bit.
Sometimes . . . This yielding -
dying to self (failing to deny myself also.)
But Your grace -
Coats! Covers! Empowers!
Makes ALIVE
Grants HOPE
we all in You are
More than conquerors
through You who love us!
To point out sin is love
but it is also death.
A call to death
that true life may come.
That we can be FREE
to love sincerely
without fear -
for perfect love gives mercy
and grace
and heaven's favor.
This liberty in Christ
is mine.
Thank You, Emmanuel!
Pour out Your Spirit this Christmas -
in all the dark places
and bring light.
